Navigating Noteable
Overview of basic navigation in Noteable.
Your view in Noteable will be permission dependent, but generally, this will be the view you see when you access the system. More can be found on access levels here.
Top Utility Bar
- Search: find clients and staff
- Navigational Breadcrumbs: help you locate where you are in the platform and go back to previous pages
- Notification Dot: alerts about your account and Noteable announcements
- Organization Name: the name of the organization you are currently logged into
- Profile Menu: click your name to see the menu
- Theme: choose between light ☀️ or dark 🌙 display
- My Profile: update your name, email address, phone number, picture, signature and password
- My Page: access your schedule, client list, all notes/reports that you have authored, along with tracking your hours, meetings, reimbursable expenses, etc.

- Help: search our knowledge base
Left Sidebar
Left sidebar options will not look the same for everyone and will depend on: 🔐 Access role and permissions
- Assigned to Me
- Clients: one-click access to clients that you have been authorized to work with
- Staff: one-click access to staff members you supervise
- Areas
- Administration: manage your programs, locations, payers and uploaded files
- Analytics: create visuals for tracking hours across locations & staff. Run reports to analyze staff hours and to track client authorization details.
- Staff: manage your active and inactive staff
- Clients: add new clients and move them between tiers
- Referral Sources: add and edit referral sources for your clients
- Billing: manage your claims
- Payroll: run a report for staff payroll hours
- Report Finder: filter through any reports across the platform, great for bulk exports
- For Review: review any reports that require an approval
- Meetings: manage internal staff meetings
